Introduction:

When we study the Word, we discover it is full of mysteries; for instance, the mystery of Christ, the mystery of the Holy Trinity, the mystery of the antichrist, the mysteries of the Kingdom, etc.

All of creation is full of incomprehensible mysteries which our human mind cannot fathom and can only be understood through revelation, given by the Holy Spirit.

It is the desire of God?s heart to fully ?reveal? the mysteries of the Kingdom.

He wants everyone to understand and obey them, and become true sons  of the Kingdom.

God hides His mysteries only from those who want to require knowledge without relationship.

The mysteries of the Kingdom only belong to His obedient sons.

What is a mystery?

Mystery in the original Greek writings of the New Testament, is the word ?musterion? which signifies something that goes beyond the possibility of being known through natural channels.

It can only be received through divine revelation from the Holy Spirit, in a way and time specifically appointed by God, and only to those who hunger and thirst to know Him and who willingly obey Him. In broad terms, the word ?mystery? is withheld knowledge; not because God wants to keep it hidden but because it is reserved for those with the right intentions.

What is divine revelation?

The term revelation comes from the Greek verb ?apokalypto? which means: to uncover or lay open what was veiled or covered up; to disclose, to make bare, to make known, to make manifest, or to disclose what was unknown to the natural eye or to the natural ear by the Holy Spirit, to our spirit.

In the spiritual realm, these were revealed, decoded and are no longer a secret.

The only prerequisite to grasping these truths is to stop depending on our human mind because the only way to access these mysteries is through the Holy Spirit.

But as it is written: ?Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.? 10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.?

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 AMP.

These mysteries are found in the Word of God by no one can access them by natural or human means. Traditions, old mental paradigms, and stubborn hearts, will blind or cloud our understanding. To have free access to the mysteries in the Word, we need to have an open mind that is completely free of prejudice, mental, and religious strongholds.

Divine mysteries were already revealed by the Holy Spirit; they were already decoded.

Therefore, there are no obstacles standing in the way of those who genuinely yearn to know and obey God.

Revelation is only for those who Hunger and Thirst for God.

?Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.? - 1 Corinthians 4:1 NKJV.

The Greek word for stewards is ?oikonomos? which means: the manager of a household or of household affairs; it also means: supervisor, treasurer, preacher of the gospel, or administrator.

This is the role or function of the apostle. The apostle?s ministry is a governmental gift, within the church, that God has delegated authority to distribute, supervise, and preach divine mysteries in a way that edifies the body of Christ.

When the church fails to recognize the ministerial function of an apostle as the administrator of the mysteries of God, it risks being misled by false doctrines which inevitably lead to heresy and apostasy. It is important to note that these mysteries are never taken outside the parameters established by the Word.

??which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets?? - Ephesians 3:5 NKJV.

It is very important to keep in mind that, although apostles are the administrators of these mysteries, they are not the only ones who have access to them.

Rather, the access to the mysteries of God and the Kingdom are reserved for every individual who genuinely and wholeheartedly desires to know and obey them.

?Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.? - Matthew 13:11 NKJV.

When Jesus mentioned the word ?them,? He was referring to those who rejected the mysteries of the Kingdom ? ?they? were religious entities of that time (The Pharisees). When he mentioned ?to you?, He was referring to His disciples ? those who genuinely wanted to understand and obey the mysteries of the Kingdom.

Most of the Pharisees accumulated knowledge of the Scriptures only for the sake of vanity; they had no intention of obeying the spirit of the law or being transformed by it, so Jesus did not reveal the ?mysteries of the Kingdom? to them.

Likewise many believers in the church seek to fill themselves with biblical knowledge yet have no intention of obeying the Word. In short, they are motivated by pride rather than love for God.

(See 1 Corinthians 8:1).

If the motivation to seek revelation knowledge is not love, then the acquired knowledge will lead only to vanity.

In contrast, Jesus? disciples hungered and thirsted not only to hear and learn the Word but also to obey it, and therefore He gave them a revelation of the Kingdom of God.

The same will be true of everyone today who hungers and thirsts for Him.

God promises that His mysteries will be revealed both to those who deeply desire to see the Kingdom advance on earth and to their children.

?The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do the words of this law.? - Deuteronomy 29:29 NKJV.

Jesus called the Mysteries of the Kingdom, ?Pearls?

?Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.? - Matthew 7:6 NKJV.

?Do not give what is holy to the dogs??

In this verse, ?dog? is a metaphor for people who choose to live without Christ and practice a sinful lifestyle.

??nor cast your pearls before swine??

?Swine? is a metaphor that represents the men and women who do not value God or the divine mysteries of the Kingdom. These types of persons do not understand the value of the mysteries, the Word, or the revelation of God.

What conditions does God expect us to meet in order to receive revelation of the Kingdom?s mysteries?

To hunger and thirst for them.

To be humble and be teachable.

To obey the truths and revelations given by the Holy Spirit.

The level of revelation we receive, depends on the level that we value the Word.

In other words, the more we value what we receive, the more we receive. Likewise, the less we value it, the less we receive and even that which we receive will be taken away.

Knowledge of the glory belongs to the realm of the ?mysteries? of God.

?Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.? ? Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV.

When we cry out to God from the bottom of our hearts, He reveals the great and hidden things, as long as we truly want to use them to further His purposes. The church needs to know these hidden things in order to manifest God?s glory on earth and to gather the souls that are ready to be harvested for Him.

In this day and age, God is looking to find a generation that yearns for these mysteries ? for the wonderful, hidden things that have been promised in the Word.

People that are desperately crying out day and night, saying, ?Lord, I want the ?new?. I want to see Your glory. I want to see the great manifestations of the Lord of Israel.?

This attitude motivates God to release such revelation s and knowledge of His glory as have never been seen before. (See Habakkuk 2:14).

Revival will spring up in every city, nation, and continent, and the Kingdom of God will expand throughout the earth.

The transformation of an individual can transform families, cities, nations, the world!
