 Job 22:28 ? ?You shall decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you??

This Apostolic Third Day is indeed a day of declaration, a time when you shall declare and decree a thing and see it established. The days of hesitation and doubt are gone. God is raising up a dominion of people who speak with rulership authority! We read about Elijah and the prophets of Baal, and how Elijah commanded the rain to stop and then some 3 years later start again. Wow! What an awesome story ? God placing control of the entire weather system in the mouth of His prophet!

You see, Prophetic / Apostolic decreeing causes supernatural breakthrough! You must understand that the legal authority on earth is in the hands of mankind (Gen 1:26 ? 28). Nothing will happen in the earth realm without the permission of man, who is its legal authority. Decreeing is man exercising his legal authority on earth to invoke heaven?s influence on this planet.

Proverbs 18:21 ? ?Death and life are in the power of the tongue?? Your Dominion Authority and Rulership is in your mouth!

Mark 11:23 ? ?Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the sea! And does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him?. Your mountains need to hear your voice of authority in order to move! Quit speaking to God about your mountains and start speaking to your mountains about your God! When you decree, you give God the legal right and permission to interfere and intervene in earth?s affairs. Heaven depends on you ? and earth needs you. Without you, heaven will not ? and without heaven, earth cannot!

Start to decree the following 5 Prophetic / Apostolic Third Day declarations:

1.      Ezekiel 12:21-25 - NO MORE DELAYS! ? Time for fulfilment and manifestation!

2.      Exodus 19 ? HEAVEN IS OPEN! ? God is changing my season!

3.      Psalm 23:5 ? 2011 IS MY YEAR OF OVERFLOW! ? More than enough!

4.      Ephesians 2:6 ? GOD PUTS ME BACK IN CONTROL! ? Acts 28:35 ? Shake it off!

5.      Acts 16:13 ? IT?S HARVEST TIME! ? my family is coming into the kingdom!

Declare favour:

Six areas in your life that you will need favour:

1.      dECLARE FAVOUR WITH YOUR FAMILY:

Favour has saved many marriages and restored many relationships. If there are situations in your home and family, that you do not know how to handle or what to do, begin to declare the Favour of God in that situation. Refuse to accept any negative report. Take charge of the situation by declaring Favour in your family. Declare that your wife loves you, and you love your wife. Declare that your husband loves you, and you love your husband. If your spouse or children are unsaved, declare that the Favour of God will give you a way, or send someone into their life, to show them the love of God.

2.       DECLARE FAVOUR WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELLING:

When you travel, you are always meeting new people and coming into situations where you need Favour. When you arrive in a new city or place, always declare Favour with the people. It is exciting to live with the expectation of good things happening to you. There are always situations in travelling where God can show you Favour.

3.       YOU NEED TO DECLARE FAVOUR IN ALL YOUR DEALINGS WITH MAN:

That is in your business, with your neighbours, in the shop and on your job. If you have your own business, then you will need Favour with clients and prospective clients. You need Favour with your employees. You need to declare it over your entire business. When you are going to purchase and house or car, you need God?s Favour before you to prepare the way so that you can get the best deal.

4.       YOU NEED FAVOUR WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS:

5.       YOU NEED FAVOUR ON YOUR JOB BECAUSE FAVOUR WILL DETERMINE YOUR INCOME:

Favour with your employee can put you in a position for a raise or promotion. You may be looking for a job and need Favour on your interviews. You can go to your job interview declaring you probably won?t get a job? you?re not qualified? you don?t have enough experience? and you probably won?t get the job. On the other hand you can go in declaring God?s Favour?that you are His favourite?and you can expect to get the job. Even though you might not be the most qualified, you will get the job.

6.       YOU NEED TO DECLARE FAVOUR IN THE SHOP:

There could be times that you quickly run into the shop, you are in a hurry and the shop queues are all full. Begin to declare the Favour of God and watch to see what happens.

FAVOUR DECLARATION:

?Lord, I thank you today for Favour. I thank you that I am your favourite child, and that means I am particularly esteemed and have undue preference, I am the apple of Your eye, I am crowned with glory and honour; and because I wear a crown, that shows me that I am royalty. As part of the royal family, I can expect preferential treatment. I declare today Favour in every area of my life? with my family, on my job, with my neighbours, in the market place, and in places where I travel. I am choosing to accept and walk in the Favour of God.
